For Many years researchers have assigned various names or descriptions to each type of personality

We are going to use jewels to describe each of the personalities because we want to help you to create a treasure chest of successful and motivated team members.

Mentoring a Pearl

To work with a Pearl in your Business you need to build a strong relationship with them and talk about family. Never focus on money with a Pearl. Talk about setting goals, the team environment and the systems in place and instill in them that you can teach them and equip them in this industry. Give them a powerful personal testimonial.

I would always give them nice encouraging words…keep appreciating them. “Ok. So here is what I know about you. You are an amazing person. All your friends think you are the greatest listener they’ve ever known. Your very patient and dependable. You love people, your nurturing and a team player.”

They are the steady eddy’s…they will build at their own pace…so don’t pressure them. Once they feel comfortable they will become great teachers themselves.
