Qualities of a Saphire -

*They are motivated by having fun ,fun, fun

*They are very ambitious and amazing business people

*Their easy to establish a rapport with: they want to be friends

before they do business

*Their born with enthusiasm-they crave constant contact and

attention from people, a free spirit

*Their very spontaneous- witty, love to laugh …their laugh can be

infectious

*They are passionate about their feelings and are aggressive

activists of causes that are near and dear to their hearts.

*Impatient, they tend to bore easily, their scattered

*They are unorganized, their lifelong goal is to be organized

is written in departments: dairy, produce, meat, so they can get

in and out. They are also spontaneous and get buyers remorse.

*They are the last ones to order because they are to busy talking

to look at the menu. They eat fast and talk, talk, talk. If there

is a problem with their meal they ask for it to be fixed but don’t

care about any compensation.

Music

*They prefer loud snappy music with a great beat so they can

dance

*Love spontaneous parties, backyard bbq’s, yukka flux parties,

theme parties and especially halloween

*Love to give and receive spontaneous gifts

*The targeted commercials for a Saphire are Budweiser

* Focus on their dreams, their vision and their “WHY”

* Stress they are going to have fun, meet new people and make

memories

*Tell them they are going to make alot of $$$, so they will be

able to travel more and build new memories along the way

* Talk about your team, systems in place and the excitement in

the group

* Give them a personal testimonial about what is changing in your

life

Don’t put your goals on them and Don’t pressure them

Mentoring a Saphire

The reason they are successful in life and in business is that they are an excellent promoters. Their energetic, enthusiastic, motivating, convincing. They always see the big picture. Their the life of the party, and they are one of the most creative people on the planet. They can create it, but they can’t build it. Their problem is, they are unorganized, their scattered, they talk to much and their poor at follow-up.

The first thing I’d do in mentoring a Saphire is to stress the importance of attending our Training….this way we can help them get focused and organized and introduce them to systems. Get them to start using the DMO, start using a Day Planner, Goal Setting, Writing their “list of people”. This way they won’t be so scattered. Once they learn how to focus they will take off beyond your expectations.
