Emeralds- or “Thinkers” personality types.

Emeralds- They are the “Facts and Figures” People.

To get them to JOIN your business and for them to start attending this T3 Training, Step Team or Corporate Calls

* They believe they are the smartest people on the planet so give

them as much information as possible……

* They do not like pushy aggressive sales people and you are

NOT going to sell them…don’t even try. They have to sell

themselves.

* Be upfront, let them listen to the Corporate Overview, check

out the Website, watch the videos and read all the information,

especially the compensation plan. They will want to see your

cheque

* Invite them to a STEP Team call, Corporate call & T3 Training

* Never be late for an appointment with a Emerald. In a week or

2 or 3, they’ll call back wanting more information or ready to

get started….

*Don’t forget to give them a powerful Testimonial.

Mentoring a Emerald

To mentor an Emerald I would start with their weaknesses and then their strengths. Your biggest weakness I see is that you over analyze everything. you sit there and think about it, think about it, analyze it, wonder why you shouldn’t do it, wondering why the glass is half empty. Explain to them the duplicatable systems are already in place for them as well as anyone they sponsor so they can simply plug into for success.

But your Strengths are amazing, you are one of the most organized people, and planners, you are amazing at follow through and problem solving. Talk to them about the coaching, training and mentoring that the T3 Training and Step Team training has and it is available to them and anyone they sponsor. If you could just let go of your pessimism and start “believing” in yourself, others and this company and then you will find the success you are looking for in life.
