Ruby- are the  “Doers” personality type.

Ruby’s- They are the “Let’s Get It Done” People.

Ruby’s are motivated and driven by challenge and money.

They represent the “Let’s do it Now” mentality. Lead, follow or get out of my way, when completing tasks.

Rubys are amazing at getting results.

Qualities of a Ruby-

*Love money, independent, dominant, feisty, outspoken

*Rubies are dynamic in the corporate world yet they usually

struggle most in network marketing because they want to be in

control of everything and everyone

*Goal oriented, purposeful and very productive, problem solver

*They are high achievers, competitive and if they can’t win

usually won’t play

*Amazing at multi-tasking, can get more accomplished in less time

than all other personalities, love deadlines, work well under

pressure

*Truly appreciate professionalism, full of integrity

order. The are the first ones done eating. If there is a problem

with their meal they will immediately want a resolution and

Compensation, they want to speak to the manager

*Will throw parties that have all the bells and whistles, matching

tablecloths, napkins, theme, centerpieces, etc. no matter if it

is a formal dinner or an outdoor bbq

*They like receiving gifts but mostly on special days such as

birthdays, christmas and valentines…spontaneous gifts are no

big deal to them as if they see something they will just go out

and buy it.

* Let them think that you need them…stroke their ego, tell

them you are looking only for leaders

* Your team is needing someone with their experience and

leadership strengths; they take action, lots of energy,

organized, confidence

* Establish a rapport quickly but don’t try to become friends.

* Don’t talk to them about family or vacations.

* Keep the presentation moving and show them the money. Show

them specifics, the STEP teams 90 days to Financial

Freedom, 0 to a 5 figure monthly income in 90 days with a $25

investment, or the Presidents Circle Bonus Pool.

* Tell them you are not sure if they can do this or not

* They will make their decision fast. They like to be closed and

expect you to ask the Question…are you ready to join today.

Mentoring a Ruby

When you sponsor a ruby, don’t dare think you are going to coach them or mentor them or tell them what to do, because it’s NOT going to happen. Let them do it themselves. They maybe impulsive and demanding but they get results. Rubies are well connected and with that your organization can grow exponentially.

A ruby is unteachable; the best thing you can do for them is to get them the information on Personalities and watch them soar, soar, soar like an eagle.

The only time when you might be able to coach a ruby is when life has knocked them down and you focus on their strengths;

You are an amazing producer. You are the best negotiator. You have energy to burn. You are a risk taker, a leader. You have confidence. You take action. And You’re independent. You’ll just take right off and start doing it. But what you have to remember is you have to let go of your EGO.

If a ruby comes to a Emerald, Pearl or Saphire, all Headstrong, they will be turned off, Goodbye. The only time a Ruby is success in their own skin is when they are prospecting another Ruby.
